Submissions through our contact form constitute an enquiry only, not a binding order. Formal orders are confirmed only upon issuance of a written quotation accepted by the buyer and acknowledged by IceFishPK.
Minimum order quantities apply as stated in our current price list. IceFishPK reserves the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
Delivery timelines, coverage areas, and logistics terms are agreed individually for each order. IceFishPK maintains cold-chain standards throughout delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
All products are supplied in accordance with HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 food safety standards. In the event of a genuine quality dispute, claims must be raised in writing within 24 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence. IceFishPK will investigate and resolve claims within 5 business days.
